What Supplements Am I Currently Taking?

Why: Not only is it crucial to support your liver, but this particular brand includes ingredients that help kidneys, systemic blood flow and inflammation reduction.

Why: Vit D3 helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, increased immune function and energy.


Betaine Anhydrous


Why: Betaine Anhydrous assists with the digestion and processing of homocysteine, which in turn assists with normal functioning and health of the brain, hones, nervous system, heart, muscles and eyes.


L-Citrulline Malate 2:1
